Welcome to Butter. These terms ("Terms") govern your use of projetbutter.ca and any purchase you make on it. The store is operated by 9461-6009 Québec inc. ("Butter", "we", "us", "our"). By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your province of residence to purchase. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

2. Products & pricing

We do our best to describe our products accurately. Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may change without notice. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order.

3. Orders & payment

Every order is an offer to purchase, subject to our acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, a pricing error, suspected fraud, or out-of-stock items). Payment is processed securely at the time of the order.

4. Subscriptions & refills

Refill subscriptions ship automatically on the frequency you choose (every 1, 2, or 3 months) and renew automatically. Your payment method is charged at each renewal. You can skip, pause, or cancel anytime before your next renewal, using the links in your order emails.

5. Shipping

We ship within Canada only. Delivery times and rates are detailed in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns & refunds

Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Accuracy of information

Site content is provided for general information and may contain errors; we may correct it at any time.

8. Prohibited uses

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.

The site and products are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Butter is not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the site or products.
